Incredible Shima Mashed Potato

This is a dish that will help to make your mealtimes magical in almost no time at all.

Prep Time: 5 mins  
Cook Time: 25 mins. 
Serves:  4           


8 medium sizes potatoes, peeled and cut into quarters
½ tsp Shima Wasabi Paste (add a little more to suit your specific taste)
1½ spring onions, finely chopped
1 pinch salt
4 tbsps milk


1. Place peeled potatoes into a saucepan of cold water and add a pinch of salt, bring the saucepan to the boil and then reduce heat and simmer for around 15 minutes or until potatoes are soft and ready to be mashed.
2. Take potatoes off heat, drain water and then mash the potatoes until smooth. Add the milk and keep stirring, then add the spring onion and Shima Wasabi Paste and stir through (add a little more Shima Wasabi Paste if required, to suit your specific taste).  Serve the mashed potato immediately with Tuna Steak, Chicken or Meat.
