Nichols Honey Glazed Chicken Wings

Delight your friends with our sticky and sweet Honey Glazed Chicken Wings. They taste sensational and are so very easy to make.

Cook Time: 30 mins. 
Serves:  Approx 20-24 Wings           


1kg Nichols Poultry Chicken Wings
1/4 cup barbecue sauce
3/4 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce


1.  Pre-heat oven to 180℃. Get a baking tray, around 13” x 9” in size and lightly grease or line the tray with baking paper and spray lightly with oil. Take wings out of the fridge and place into a large mixing bowl.
2.  In a smaller bowl, combine barbecue sauce, honey and soy. Once combined, pour over the wings and use your hands to ensure they’re all coated.
3. Gently spread the wings out onto the baking tray and put into the oven for 15 minutes, take out of the oven and turn the wings before returning to the oven for a further 12-15 minutes. Take out of the oven once the wings are a deep golden colour and cooked through. Take out of the oven and leave to sit for 1-2 minutes before serving.


To add an extra zesty kick, drizzle the zest of one lemon wedge over the wings as you’re about to serve and sprinkle with sesame seeds (optional).
